» New Units:
Saboteur
The Saboteur can sabotage enemy buildings to disable them for a period of time. Once inside a building and it is disabled, the saboteur is lost. He is stealth, unarmed and can climb cliffs. If a Saboteur enters an enemy Command Center, all of this enemy’s General’s Powers’ timers will be reset. When a Saboteur enters an enemy Supply Center, the enemy will lose $1000 and the attacking player will gain the $1000. If a Saboteur enters an enemy’s Power Plant, the power will be cut down for half a minute. The Internet Center is disabled for 15 seconds after a Saboteur enters it. Likewise, if a Saboteur enters a Super Weapon, the timer for that Super Weapon will be reset. Lastly, when a Saboteur enters a War Factory, the War Factory will be disabled for half a minute. The Saboteur can climb cliffs. He can only be used once.
  Cost: $800
Strengths: Buildings
Weaknesses: Scouts
Requires: Palace
Upgrades: None

Combat Cycle

The Combat Cycle bike is a fast, light, two-wheeled vehicle. It can ride on normally impassable terrain and can even jump off of cliffs. It comes by default with a Rebel on it. The unit on the bike can be switched, however. It can transport only one infantry unit at a time. Only GLA units can ride the Combat Cycle. The Angry Mob, as expected, also cannot ride the bike. The infantry unit that is on the bike can be ordered to simply exit the bike, rather than switching with another unit, although it will cause the bike to be destroyed. After dismounting the bike, the infantry unit will act as normal. The bike’s weapon varies depending on what unit rides it.
  Cost: $500
Strengths: Varies (dependent on rider)
Weaknesses: Varies (dependent on rider)
Upgrades: None

Battle Bus

The Battle Bus is a transport unit for infantry. It can be loaded with up to 8 infantry men, all of who are able to shoot out, making the Battle Bus a very powerful vehicle. When the Battle Bus is destroyed, it will explode into the air and fall to the ground, forming a kind of bunker from which the infantry inside will still be able to shoot. If, however, there are no units inside the Battle Bus when it is destroyed, it will simply be destroyed instead of remaining in bunker-form. When the bunker is destroyed, all of the infantry inside it will be killed. The Battle Bus can scavenge destroyed units to upgrade its armor.
  Cost: $800
Strengths: Infantry, buildings
Weaknesses: Varies (dependent on transported units)
Requires: Palace
Upgrades: None

» New General's Powers:
Sneak Attack Tunnel
Rank Required: 5 Star General
Countdown Timer: 2:30
This power allows you to quickly deploy a "sneak attack" tunnel anywhere that is revealed on the map. It takes a few seconds for the sneak attack tunnel to be deployed, during which the enemy is warned with a message: "Sneak attack detected!" Troops that are inside a Tunnel Network can then exit out through this new tunnel entrance and directly enter an enemy's base.

GPS Scrambler
Rank Required: 5 Star General
Countdown Timer: 4:00
This power cloaks units within its area of effect, making them stealth. Some units, like Angry Mobs, cannot be hidden with this power.
